Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. We do not refund for full value or exchange items unless the returned items are postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, store credit or and exchange:
(a) your item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
(b) we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
(c) you must first fill the Refund and Return Form.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Our customer service team will process your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number as well as all other information concerning the return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
(a) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
(b) A returned item not postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

1 - RETURN PROCESS
Customer willing to return, store credit or and exchange must first fill the Refund and Return Form.
Please note our standard response time is 24-48 business hours. However, in periods of high volume, it can take up to 10 business days for us to respond.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. We do not refund for full value or exchange items unless the returned items are postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Our customer service team will process your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number as well as all other information concerning the return.
Please note:
- The original order number is required for all returns.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging (including any stickers or labels).
- Returns will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- If items being returned were purchased during a gift-with-purchase promotion, those additional items must also be returned. If the items are not returned, the value of the items will be deducted from the credit.
- Adjustments will not be made for price reductions on previously purchased merchandise.
- LaFeru™ products purchased with a gift card are final sale. LaFeru™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged gift cards or unauthorized use. Gift cards are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used in the United States of America or in Canada.
- LaFeru™ reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
Please allow 10 – 14 business days for the return to be processed following receipt of your return.
If you believe a product to be defective, it may be returned based on the warranty for the specific item. The warranty for each item can be found here. LaFeru™ reserves the right to determine if the product has been used in a manner that would violate the warranty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a a few business days.
2 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3- EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill the Refund and Return Form.
4- GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
5- SHIPPING RETURNS
You can return items to the address mentioned in the email containing the Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless a warranty claim has been approved by LaFeru™. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5.1 - Warranty
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.
Upon receipt of returned item, you can expect LaFeru™ to process your return/exchange claim within 7 business days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
LaFeru™ will refund the value of the goods returned and shipping costs*.
We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
*These costs exclude areas deemed remote by the USPS or Canada Post. Our Customer Service team will inform you of the price to ship back your item when they process your request.
5.2 - Due To Change Of Mind
LaFeru™ will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as:
(a) the returned item is postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date and
(b) the item is returned to us in its original packaging and labeling, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers’ expense and the customer will be required to arrange its own shipping.
Upon receipt of returned item, you can expect LaFeru™ to process your return/exchange claim within 7 business days.
Once returns are received and accepted, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
LaFeru™ will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
5.3 - Item Appeared Different Online
LaFeru™ will happily accept returns if the product appears different online as long as:
(a) the returned item is postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date and
(b) the item is returned to us in its original packaging and labeling, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers’ expense and the customer will be required to arrange its own shipping.
Upon receipt of returned item, you can expect LaFeru™ to process your return/exchange claim within 7 business days.

(b) a refund in store credit

5.4 - Wrong Item
LaFeru™ will happily replace the delivered product(s) if different from the order(s) registered on the Website, as long as:
(a) the returned item is postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date and
(b) the item is returned to us in its original packaging and labeling, unused and in resalable condition.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon a successful return claim.
