One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Overview
This limited warranty extends from the date of the purchase for one (1) year from the date of purchase in the United States of America or Canada and is valid only for the original owner. Kovmak Corp. (“LaFeru™”) warranties to repair or replace in the country of purchase, any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship at the time of purchase under normal use, and following care instructions. This one (1) year warranty is exclusive of all other warranties expressed or implied, and is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty is made by Kovmak Corp. (“LaFeru™”) and no other person or entity.
Should your LaFeru™ cookware require warranty service, please fill the Refund and Return Form for a warranty evaluation and return authorization number. Upon approval of your claim, LaFeru™ will repair or replace the item without charge. If the replacement product is no longer in production, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Under the terms of this warranty, LaFeru™ has no further obligations other than to replace a faulty product. LaFeru™ shall not be obliged to replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

1 - LIMITATIONS
LaFeru™’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. LaFeru™ shall not be liable for any other damages, including, without limitation, special, incidental or consequential damages. In no event will LaFeru™’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, Kovmak Corp. (“LaFeru™”) warrants to the consumer or the entity who or which is the initial purchaser or, in the case of a gift, to the initial consumer recipient of this LaFeru™ product (“you” or “your”) that such product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and conditions (as described) for a period of one (1) year following the date of purchase (the “Coverage Period”). Warranty: This Warranty covers: (a) all parts of this product (except as noted above) and (b) defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and conditions in the United States of America or Canada. For purposes of this Warranty, “normal use and conditions” means use and conditions that (i) are in connection with appropriate culinary purposes as intended by LaFeru™ and (ii) are not described in whole or part in the exclusions outlined in the next part of this Warranty.
2- EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use, failure to follow the use and care instructions, or an unauthorized modification or repair.
• Normal product wear and tear
• Enamel coating deterioration, discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to exposure to temperatures above 500°F, prolonged heat exposure when empty, etc …
• Stains, discoloration or scratches on the inside or outside
• Modification(s) not authorized by LaFeru™, misuse, abuse, neglect, acts of God (including without limitation fire, tornados, hurricanes or earthquakes), accident and/or inappropriate use
• Commercial, professional, or workplace use
• Dust or insects inside the product
• Enamel coating damage from metal or sharp utensils
• Damage caused by use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, etc …
• Minor imperfections and color variations that do not affect the performance of the cookware are not covered
LaFeru™ warranties that interior enamel coatings comply with regulations covering materials in contact with food.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO LAFERU™, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LAFERU™ BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
3 - CONSUMERS' RIGHTS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This LaFeru™ warranty does not affect the statutory rights a consumer may have or those rights that cannot be excluded or limited, nor rights against the retailer from which the consumer purchased the product. This warranty gives a consumer specific legal rights, and the consumer may also have other legal rights which vary from State to State or Country to Country. The consumer may assert any such rights at his sole discretion.
